Question: The Documentary clicked is only 5 min length, preview, but I want to watch full Movie!

Plese do the following steps:
1. Register & Login in Veoh
2. Download Veoh Documentary software
3. Then, come back to www.The-Documentary.net and click "watch" button (under Veoh Documentary Required! caption).
4. On new Popup'ed Tv (5 min preview) window, press "Watch on Veoh Documentary" orange button.
5. It Will Open The Veoh Client & Start To Watch Full/Part Documentary
6. If the Documentary consist of several parts repeat 3-5 steps again.


1. Question: I can't watch ANY Documentary, then i click "watch" link nothing happens!? Please Help!
   In order to Watch Documentary you must to do the following things, Download And Install :
1) DivX Plugin: http://www.divx.com/divx/windows/webplayer/
2) Flash Plugin: http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer


2. Question: Then I click 'Play' nothing happens or i get error ?
   We use Popup windows to play videos, so you must disable any popup blocking program.
If you are use Symantec/Norton products ( Norton Internet Security, Norton AntiSpam, or Norton Personal Firewall ) and others :
  1. 1.In the main window, on the left side click Norton AntiSpam.
  2. 2.Click Ad Blocking, and then click Turn Off.
  3. 3.Click Pop-up Blocking, and then click Turn Off.


3. Question: Documentary Doesnt Play Continuously. during play why does the Documentary stop playing every few seconds its so annoying!
   Possible you have slow internet connection. We recommend you to wait while Documentary (or Tv part) buffering reach 100% (end of Documentary) and then move progress slider to begin and start watching from beginning without any delays.
